Thank you so much for your interest in A.V. 1611 Radio. I sincerely hope that you will find the content of this site as inspirational as it is educational.

Though I am Baptist by conviction, I am keenly aware that many who frequent this site may not be. If this is the case, I hope you will be as gracious to me, as I by God's grace, endeavor to be to you. I am of the opinion that Christians can agree to disagree on certain issues as long as we are in agreement that salvation in this dispensation is by grace through faith in the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ. Plus nothing, minus nothing.

This ministry and site are the culmination of 4 things:

1. A labor of love for the inerrant and infallible lion of the reformation: the Black Backed, Elizabethan, .66 Caliber, Authorized King James Bible (A.V. 1611).
2. That what Christendom needs in this late hour in which we live are not more armchair quarterback's, but men and women dedicated to the proliferation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
3. That strict adherence to the precepts of Dispensational Truth (2 Timothy 2:15) are paramount to the proper interpretation of Scripture.
4. The realization that, one by one, we (the Church) have allowed the removal of our ancient landmarks which God, in His Word, admonishes us not to do.

In Psalm 11:3 David writing under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit mentions that, “If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” And Alexander Solzhenitsyn, a Russian dissident, once said, “in order to destroy a people, you must first sever their roots.”

As we approach the end of our dispensation, there is an ever-increasing need for the men and women of God to take a stand; to face with unflinching courage and veracity the prophets of Baal. Jesus was clear that it was “while [good] men slept,” that the “enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.” — Matthew 13:25. This is undoubtedly the day and hour in which we live.

It should be well noted that both John (the beloved disciple) and Paul the Apostle write to seven churches, all of which existed in their day. And the significance of this should not be lost. With seven being the number of completion in Scripture, this indicates to us that there is no higher truth to be revealed to us. The realization that much of what Paul wrote concerning wrong doctrine (Galatians, Colossians) and wrong practice (Corinthians, Philippians) was necessary even in his own day to stem the growing tide of apostasy is a sad commentary indeed.

In Paul's second Epistle to the Thessalonians, Paul admonishes that church to “stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle”. And in his epistle to the Philippians, Paul exhorts them to “walk by the same rule,” to “mind the same thing.” “Brethren,” Paul declares, “be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample. (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)”

Folks, this is exactly where the bulk of God's men have failed. It has been my failure. And is the unfortunate reason we are quickly approaching the hour when, as our Lord opined, “the night cometh, when no man can work.”

May the Lord strengthen us for that work. And may we, by His grace, be committed to it.
